Most maintenance plans are a ticketing system with a logo on it. Yours isn't. Blossom is a small studio — me, Ameet, and a few specialists I've worked with for years. The person who reads your support email is the person who fixes it, and who already knows how your site is put together.

We take on a limited number of maintenance clients for exactly that reason. Ten years of doing this has taught us that the sites that never break are the ones somebody actually looks at.

Every agency promises support. Very few say how fast. These are the times we hold ourselves to.

Can you take over a site you didn't build?

Yes, and most of ours are. We start with an audit, tell you what we find, and fix anything urgent before the first month begins.

What if I want to leave?

A month's notice, and we hand over everything — hosting, domain, logins, backups. You own all of it. There's nothing to untangle.

Is hosting included?

It can be, or we'll work with your existing host. Either way the account stays in your name.

What counts as an update?

Text changes, new pages, images, prices, team members, small design tweaks. If something's bigger than the monthly allowance we'll tell you before we start, not after.

What if my site isn't WordPress?

Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Magento, custom builds — we maintain all of them. The plan is the same; the work behind it differs.
